In the wake of the 1906 San Francisco earthquake and flood, two visionary real estate professionals founded what would become a beacon of trust and excellence in real estate. In 1989, inspired by this legacy, Gary August, Al Kleinfelder, and Glen Fraser established Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty in Western Canada. Over 30 years, we have grown, diversifying our services across Residential and Commercial Sales, Property Management, Leasing, and Strata Management.
