I graduated with a Bachelor of Music from UBC in Vancouver, BC, and the following year, I purchased my first Real Estate office, which included General Insurance and Autoplan ICBC services, in the Lower Mainland. Subsequently, I opened another office in Napa, California, where I served primarily as a broker for a tax attorney trustee investor, specializing in limited partnerships, for a decade. Later, I acquired and operated an office in Lake Country, BC. I transitioned to Sunset Drive in Kelowna as an Associate Broker, managing numerous real estate transactions in downtown Kelowna, including waterfront condos and towers. Additionally, I've worked as a general contractor, focusing on interior renovations and upgrades. I have a passion for assisting clients who are renting, providing them with hope by offering creative solutions to facilitate homeownership. I firmly believe in thinking outside the box, as attempting something is already a step closer to success, compared to not trying at all. While anyone can obtain a license, it takes years of experience to bring unconventional deals to fruition.
