I had the pleasure of working with Staci during the summer/fall of 2018, where she sold my condo in Lake Country, B.C. Staci is very knowledgeable, punctual, kind, and calls a spade a spade (which is very important to me). I live in Alberta, so I was completely reliant on Staci to work with my tenant to arrange showings, discuss the cleanliness and presentability (that's a word!) of my unit. Staci would always keep me in the loop regarding showings, market status etc. Staci went above the call of duty, whilst working with my tenant, to ensure potential buyers were always accommodated with showings, as well as taking the tenant's personal time into consideration. As the condo unit sold, Staci even reached out to charities, on my behalf, to try to arrange furniture donations. In my opinion, you could not ask for a better realtor/person!
